Find Your Own Truth

Introduction: Today, in a world that moves very fast and in all directions, it is not always easy to know where we stand in relation to our own truth and to keep our personal integrity.
Find Your Own Truth and Preserve Your Personal Integrity
“Find Your Own Truth” is not only a fundamental principle in Scientology; it is also the title of a booklet that introduces our movement, Ron’s Org.
It is a well-written and accessible text that gives an overview of where Ron’s Org comes from and how it relates to Scientology and Dianetics, auditing, the thetan and the mind, the Bridge, and ultimately the goals of Scientology.
The booklet is comprehensive without being difficult to read. It is intended for anyone who would like to take a serious look at these subjects – whether they are already familiar with Scientology, feel close to it, or approach it with a critical mind.
Because, in the end, it is not about accepting someone else’s predetermined truth. It is about looking for yourself, understanding for yourself, and finding your own truth.
The booklet is available free of charge at our book area for anyone who would like to take a copy, available in German and French.
You can also find it online on this website under “Frequently Asked Questions”, at the very bottom of the page, as a PDF to download.
It is definitely worth reading.
Much love.

Personal Integrity
What is true for you is what you have observed yourself. And when you lose that you have lost everything.
What is personal integrity? Personal integrity is knowing what you know – what you know is what you know – and to have the courage to know and say what you have observed.
And that is integrity, and there is no other integrity.
Of course we can talk about honor, truth, all these things, these esoteric terms. [Esoteric: intended for or likely to be understood by only a small number of people with a specialized knowledge or interest]
But I think they’d all be covered very well if what we really observed was what we observed, that we took care to observe what we were observing, that we always observed to observe.
And not necessarily maintaining a skeptical attitude, a critical attitude, or an open mind. But certainly maintaining sufficient personal integrity and sufficient personal belief and confidence in self, and courage that we can observe what we observe and say what we have observed.
Nothing in Dianetics and Scientology is true for you unless you have observed it and it is true according to your observation. That is all.
L. Ron Hubbard
